These terms apply when you use the Luxe Bae website or buy from us. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Website use

Use the website lawfully. Do not interfere with security or operation, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, harmfully scrape the store, or use our content or branding without permission. Keep account credentials confidential.

Products

We take reasonable care with descriptions and photography. Screen colours may vary and measurements are approximate. Review product information and size guides before ordering. Availability may change and quantities may be limited.

Prices, ambassador codes and payment

Prices appear in the selected store currency and include UK taxes where required. Delivery is separate. We may correct an obvious error before accepting an order and let you proceed at the correct price or cancel.

Valid Luxe Bae ambassador codes provide 20% off displayed product prices across the website unless their accompanying terms say otherwise. Codes have no cash value, must not be sold or misused, and cannot be combined unless expressly allowed. The discount shown at checkout applies.

Payment is taken using the methods shown at checkout. You confirm authority to use the chosen method.

Orders

An order is an offer to buy. An automated acknowledgement confirms receipt, not acceptance. A contract forms when we confirm acceptance or dispatch. If we cannot accept an order, we will tell you and refund any payment taken.

Delivery

UK standard delivery is £2.99. Other available rates appear at checkout. Orders may arrive separately. See our Shipping Policy.

Returns and faulty goods

See our Refund Policy. UK consumers generally have 14 days after delivery to cancel an online purchase, subject to legal exceptions. Separate remedies apply to faulty, damaged, misdescribed or unfit goods.

Responsibility

We do not exclude liability where unlawful, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or breach of statutory consumer rights. We are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach. We are not responsible for consumer business losses or loss caused by events outside reasonable control, provided we take reasonable steps to minimise disruption.

Intellectual property and privacy

Our owned or licensed branding, design, text and graphics are protected. You may use the store for personal shopping but not reproduce or exploit content commercially without permission. Our Privacy Policy explains personal-information use.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Consumers elsewhere in the UK retain mandatory local protections and access to their available courts.
