Shipping and delivery

UK standard delivery is £2.99. Available international charges are calculated at checkout according to destination and order.

Delivery

Checkout delivery windows are estimates unless we expressly agree a fixed date. We send order and dispatch updates to the email supplied at checkout, including tracking when available.

Items may be fulfilled from different locations and arrive separately. You will not be charged extra solely because an order is split.

Unless otherwise agreed, UK consumer orders will be delivered without undue delay and no later than 30 days after the contract is made. If a material delay occurs, we will explain the available options, including a revised date or cancellation and refund where applicable.

Addresses

Check the delivery address before ordering and contact us immediately about errors. Once fulfilment starts, redirecting may be impossible. Reasonable costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be deducted where the law permits.

International orders

Local taxes, duties or import charges may apply outside the UK. Unless checkout says they are included, the recipient is responsible for them. Customs processing can affect estimates.

Missing, delayed or damaged parcels

Email us promptly with the order number. For a parcel marked delivered, first check safe places and with the household. We will investigate with the carrier or fulfilment partner and explain the next step.
