What we collect
We may collect names, billing and delivery addresses, email, telephone number, account information, orders, returns, messages, marketing choices, IP address, browser and device information, cookie identifiers and website-use data. Secure payment providers process card details; we do not store complete card details.
Why we use it
- To take payment, fulfil orders, deliver goods, support customers and handle returns under our contract.
- To maintain tax, financial, fraud-prevention and compliance records required by law.
- To secure, operate and improve the store where necessary for legitimate interests.
- To send marketing where you consent or another lawful basis applies. You may unsubscribe at any time.
- To personalise content or advertising in line with your cookie and marketing choices.
Sharing
We share what is necessary with Shopify, payment and fraud-prevention providers, suppliers, fulfilment partners, carriers, support tools, email and marketing platforms, analytics providers, professional advisers and public authorities where required. They may be processors or separate controllers under their own notices.
International transfers
Some providers may process information outside the UK. Where required, we use an approved safeguard such as adequacy regulations, the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or an approved addendum to standard contractual clauses.
Retention
We retain data only as long as needed. Order, payment and tax records are normally kept for up to six years where required. Other records are deleted or anonymised when no longer needed. Marketing information is retained until you unsubscribe or it is no longer current, subject to a limited suppression record.
Cookies
Necessary cookies support security, checkout and the bag. Optional analytics, personalisation and advertising cookies are used in line with the choices presented by our cookie controls. Browser settings can also manage cookies, but blocking necessary cookies may affect checkout.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may ask to access, correct, erase or restrict information, object to processing, receive portable data, withdraw consent, or challenge certain solely automated decisions. We may verify identity. You may complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint.
Children and changes
The store is intended for customers aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect children's information to sell products. We may update this notice when services, providers or legal duties change.
